TRANSFER & WITHDRAWAL CREDIT POLICY
We understand that young children may need time to adjust to a new environment. For this reason, families have the first 1-2 classes to decide whether a class is the right fit for their child. Registration is completed and paid upfront for the session. If, after attending up to two classes, a program is not the right fit, families may choose one of the following options: 1.) Transfer to another class, subject to availability, or 2.) Receive a Withdrawal Credit applied to their account for the remaining unused classes Withdrawal Credits:: • never expire • may be used toward any future session or class • are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash Once a session has started, refunds are not offered. The registration fee is non-refundable. All withdrawal requests must be submitted by email to [email protected] and are effective from the date received. |
